I'm holding my 4th Annual Happysacks for the Homeless Drive!

Our 4th holiday season in business is here! I would love it if you could help us this year by putting together happy sacks for our homeless population. You can also drop off any items you would like to donate that can be combined to create a wonderful useful Happy Sack for someone less fortunate. Monetary donations are always welcome as well and you can find a PAYPAL DONATE BUTTON right here on this blog page if you would like to donate money.
Please check your home, for the items below. Perhaps you've collected some from hotel visits, traveling, etc.

What's a Happy Sack?

A festive gift bag with some or all of the suggested contents listed below:

Mosquito Spray

Small blankets

Basically anything you think a homeless person might need.

Maybe you have a bunch of these items in your cabinets at home, new and waiting to be used.

I also was thinking, what if they had a few fun items, like a Rubix Cube, Crosswords, something to stimulate their minds. Feel free to put in a few items they might enjoy. I think it would be a nice touch.

Well I hope this is a HUGE success!

Happy Sacks can be dropped off at the spa at 885 SE 47th Terrace, st #A. We will be collecting them from now until December the 17th. (Please call ahead though as I may be in with a client and the door may be closed.)

If you would like to donate money and send us shopping for sacks, or the items to fill a sack, that's fine too. :)

A paypal Donate button can be found right here on the blog page, in the upper right hand corner for your convenience, and will be available on the website as well.

Any questions?  You can message me here or call 239-362-9155.
Thanks so much and God bless you!

Thanks to those that continue to support this mission and to those donating for the very first time!

Can't wait to see you!

Until then,
See ya on the flip side,

Want to try Massage Cupping but can't commit to 90 minutes? How about 30?

I've just added a 30 minute cupping massage session to the online scheduler! If you aren't able to commit to a 90 minute massage session to take advantage of the free cupping offer for the month of August, you can still try it out! Using suction from vacuum cups, muscles are relaxed using negative pressure by being drawn upward instead of pushed. Helps with pain, inflammation, and circulation.   20-25 min cupping followed by brief finishing massage. Only $40! Schedule now right here

I just want to give everyone a heads up!
I will keep all appointments as scheduled for the week of September 11th.

If Lee County, Florida is affected by Hurricane Irma, I will email those scheduled a cancellation email of their appointment.
Please, if you wish to cancel your appointment, do not hesitate to notify me.

With all that said, and most importantly, please be prepared, be wise with your planning and stay safe.

See you all on the other side of the storm!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and while there may be some controversy around wearing pink, we are making this month about YOU, whether you have breast cancer or not. (Men, I’m looking at you too.)

Cancer isn’t predictable and it isn’t pretty, but here are a few simple ways to take care of yourself and honor your breasts.

Set a good example for the loved ones around you by incorporating healthy practices. This can include, starting a garden, eating as organic as possible, exercising regularly, and packing healthy lunches for your kids.

Talk to Your Family and Friends
Teach your children about self care and good breast health. Tell them about the health risks that come with smoking and alcohol. Talk with your kids, siblings, parents and grandparents about your family’s health his…
