Today's IMPORTANT NEWS, Mother's Day Special and appointment availability for week of 4/30/2017

Happy Sunday to you!

Today I decided to see how my website has been doing.  Recently, I had been hearing that it was down. Although, it seemed like I was able to get the site back up, it didn't appear to be the case this morning.

Well, the important news I have for you today is that my site is growing through changes.  (Yes I meant growing and not just going.)  Change means growth so it's growing.  At least, that's the way I have to look at it, so as not to yank my hair out!

When you visit you'll see a whole new look.  I admit, it's somewhat bland, but it's a work in progress.  You'll also note that it's attached to my wellness and nutrition website, which is one of my goals this year; combining the two businesses. MY EMAIL ADDRESS HAS CHANGED, as well.  Please be sure that you save my new email address in your contacts, as is no longer valid. (My other mini nightmare come true, but I'll survive, haha).

So yes, that's my important news for you this week.

I've also created a Mother's Day Special available to moms for the entire month of May.

Mommy's Escape Plan

Mommies can enjoy a "Just 5 more minutes" deep tissue massage (with the extra time used on the area of her choice) followed by a much needed respite from her crazy mommy schedule with my Aromanap, a 15 minute aromatherapy infused catnap, that will send her to la-la land fast! Total escape time 80 minutes.  Special rate of $99 for the month of May 2017

Lastly, I want to share with you this week's Massage and Ashiatsu availability:

Thursday: Various times from 10:30 am to 5 pm
Friday: Various times from 10:30 am to 4 pm
Saturday: Various times from 9:30 to 2 pm

There are many time slots available so if you haven't been able to find a time for you in the past, I think you'll find one this week!

A quick and final note:
Many of you have inquired about my flexibility and nutrition wellness package.  I'm really excited to know many are interested.  It motivates me to push to implement everything as soon as I can.  Be sure you subscribe to my blog so that you aren't left out of the loop. I promise to get it out to you soon.
Thanks again and have a fantastic day!

Want to try Massage Cupping but can't commit to 90 minutes? How about 30?

I've just added a 30 minute cupping massage session to the online scheduler! If you aren't able to commit to a 90 minute massage session to take advantage of the free cupping offer for the month of August, you can still try it out! Using suction from vacuum cups, muscles are relaxed using negative pressure by being drawn upward instead of pushed. Helps with pain, inflammation, and circulation.   20-25 min cupping followed by brief finishing massage. Only $40! Schedule now right here

I just want to give everyone a heads up!
I will keep all appointments as scheduled for the week of September 11th.

If Lee County, Florida is affected by Hurricane Irma, I will email those scheduled a cancellation email of their appointment.
Please, if you wish to cancel your appointment, do not hesitate to notify me.

With all that said, and most importantly, please be prepared, be wise with your planning and stay safe.

See you all on the other side of the storm!

5 simple ways to honor your breasts and your body

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and while there may be some controversy around wearing pink, we are making this month about YOU, whether you have breast cancer or not. (Men, I’m looking at you too.)

Cancer isn’t predictable and it isn’t pretty, but here are a few simple ways to take care of yourself and honor your breasts.
